This Website and the services provided through it are operated by Good News for Israel Ltd (ABN 96 101 431 145), trading as Kingdom Festival, and incorporated in Australia (“Owner”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this Website and your participation in Kingdom Festival ("Service").
By accessing this Website or purchasing a ticket or product through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, do not use this Website or Service.
Definitions
Website (or Application): The digital platform operated by the Owner that enables the provision of the Service.
Service: The Kingdom Festival event, associated resources, and digital offerings available through the Website.
Agreement: Any legally binding relationship between the Owner and the User governed by these Terms.

1. Ticketing & Event Access
Tickets grant entry to Kingdom Festival 2025, held October 6–9, 2025, and include access to all general sessions and public activities.
Some workshops or resources may require separate purchase.
Children under 2 may attend free with a paying adult.
Youth and children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Code of Conduct
Kingdom Festival is a family-friendly, faith-based event. All attendees agree to:
Behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or illegal conduct.
Dress modestly and act in alignment with the spirit of the event.
The Owner reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who violates these standards, with no refund provided.
3. Media Release
By attending the Festival, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. You grant permission for your image and voice to be used in future promotional materials.

4. Ticket Transfers & Refunds
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person by written request to [email protected] no later than September 30, 2025.
Tickets may not be resold above face value or for commercial purposes without approval.
5. Order Bumps & Add-Ons
Some digital products, such as video recordings, are available as optional add-ons. These will be delivered after the event concludes.
Access is only available to verified ticket holders.
6. Ownership & Content
All intellectual property, branding, session content, and visual materials remain the property of the Owner or its licensors.
No reproduction, redistribution, or republication is allowed without written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not use this Website or its content in any way that:
a) Violates applicable law
b) Infringes upon the rights of others
c) Harms the performance or security of the Website
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service, including violations of these Terms.
10. Service Interruptions & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to:
Modify or cancel parts of the event in the event of speaker changes, technical issues, or force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, power outage).
Interrupt or discontinue the Website temporarily for maintenance or updates.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
